Randal was born March 19, 1962 in Wilmington, NC to Horace and Marie Johnston Harrell. He attended Seventy-First High School and was an auto mechanic.
A memorial gathering will be Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home.
Among those to remember his past and morn, his passing include his wife, Billie Harrell; children, Liza Stellfox and Vanessa Jenks; parents Horace and Marie Harrell; siblings, Ruthie Hemingway and Marty Harrell and five grandchildren.
