

Born on March 25, 2006, Sebastian was a mathematics and chemistry major at Methodist University and a gifted young man whose intelligence and creativity left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was exceptional at writing and art, and he had an extraordinary ability to teach himself new skills.
Sebastian had a rare ability to capture both detail and feeling in his drawings. His artistic talent was another expression of his creative spirit, and his work revealed the depth of his imagination, perception, and individuality.
He played guitar and ukulele, was learning keyboard, and taught himself both digital music production and video game development. Sebastian was also an avid reader with a deep appreciation for literature. Among his favorite authors were Jane Austen, Kurt Vonnegut, Charlotte Brontë, and Emily Brontë.
Those who knew Sebastian will remember not only his remarkable intelligence but also the warmth and individuality he brought into the world. He was funny, brilliant, intuitive, generous, and truly multifaceted in his talents. He had a rare ability to move between analytical thinking and artistic expression, and he brought both depth and originality to the things he loved. His presence left a lasting impression on the people fortunate enough to know him.
Sebastian was, above all, extraordinary. He had a way of thinking and seeing the world that could make it feel as though he was living on another level, with uncommon depth, insight, and brilliance.
He is survived by his mother, Samantha Torres; his father, Pablo Munevargonzalez; his grandmothers, Rosalbina Gonzalez and Sara Barden, and his grandfather Julio Munevar.
He will be deeply loved, forever remembered, and greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held at Reeves Funeral Home, 3308 N. Main St, Hope Mills, North Carolina 28348, on April 11, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
