Thomas Ray McLamb

Ray was an avid fisherman and his passion was rabbit hunting. If you couldn’t find Ray, you could guarantee he was either in the woods, or at the water. He was a delivery driver for Swift and for Flav O Rich. He also owned Mac’s Wholesale Meat Company. He was a longtime member of Freedom Baptist Church.

Ray is preceded in death by his father Isom McLamb and his brother David McLamb. He is survived by hs wife of 50 years, Bonetta McLamb; his sons Tony McLamb (Tomni) and Jeremy McLamb; his mother Maudie McLamb; one grandson Kagan Bigler; his sister Donna Huffman (Gary); a nephew Brandon Huffman; as well as other relatives and friends. He will be especially missed by his beloved beagles, Molly, Jimbo, and Tootsie.

Mr. McLamb’s family will accept friends for visitation on Sunday April 3, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Reeves funeral Home on Monday April 4, 2022 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park West.
