Alma Lenoira Sparks

Alma Lenoira Sparks, 81, of Hot Springs passed with peace and grace on May 9, 2016. She was born in Lubbock, Texas to the late C.L. and L.B. (Dickey) Wright. Alma worked as the manager of Wright’s Rock Shop for over 30 years. She was also an incredibly talented jewelry designer and enjoyed fishing. Her greatest love however was her family, especially her grandchildren. Meeting her in Heaven are her husband, J.F. Sparks and brother, Chris Wright. Alma’s loving survivors include her children, Jeffery “Kenny” Sparks (Linda), Mike Sparks (Shirley), Kim Leckner (Paul); special niece, Shara Renee Jones (Vlad); brother, Mickey Wright (Donna); grandchildren, Lynette Pennington (Thurston), Mark Sparks, Brandie Sparks, Mindy Blair, Benjamin Sparks (Yvonne), Dr. Shane Sparks, Erica Boyle (Thomas), Shaun Leckner (Brandi), Monty Spencer (Juanita), Tim Spencer; 22 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and many other extended family members and friends. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Gross Funeral Home. Funeral Services will take place Thursday at 2:00 P.M. at Gross Funeral Home with Pastor Van Glidewell officiating and burial to follow at Crestview Cemetery.
