His family moved to Anderson, IN when he was just a child. They lived their until they decided to move to Hot Springs in his 20’s. Charlie was a painter by trade and worked for Cox Painting. He had a deep love for muscle cars and motorcycles, but his true passion was music. His favorite instrument was the guitar. He would play for hours.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Gary Pickens; sister Brenda Hall; nephews and nieces Christopher, Trisha, and Shantell Cox.
Charlie is survived by his daughter Angie Naylor (Kim); grandchildren Zachary Naylor, Frank Jr. (Jessica), Meghan Naylor, and Noah Naylor; great grandchildren Blake, Wyatt, Grason, Ali, and Maddox; nephew Chris Cox (Kelly) who was like a son; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
