She is preceded in death by her mother and her infant daughter Ruthanne Wishon.
Deborah is survived by her children Gary Wishon, Kelly Kerts, Sean Boyles, Amy Smith; siblings Charles Wishon, Patty Wishon; grandchildren C. Iona Boyles, Lilth E’ Boyles, Randy Kerts, Kayley Mixen and Marty Mixen.
