

Donald proudly served his country in the United States Navy, carrying that sense of duty and commitment throughout his life.
Beyond his military service, he will be remembered most for his deep love and steadfast care for his wife, Cheryl Galster. For over 40 Years, Donald devoted himself to being her caregiver, a role he fulfilled with compassion, strength, and selflessness.
Donald and Cheryl shared a lasting marriage built on love, loyalty, and resilience. His life was a testament to quiet sacrifice and enduring partnership.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Cheryl Galster; his brother, Al; and his two daughters, Lisa and Beth. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
Graveside service will be held on 5/6/2026 @ 10:00 am
at Calvary Cemetery in Hot Springs.
