So sorry to hear of the passing of one of my favorite Arkansas State Police troopers. We met through our jobs in law enforcement and could not ask for a better person. Prayers to the family.

Margaret and family, just heard about Leonard. So sorry to hear! I always enjoyed working with him when he was at Troop F and visiting with you at the Christmas party’s. He loved you and all his family.  Both of you are two special people!! Leonard always had a smile and very kind to me and everyone he worked with. He will truly be missed!! Love you and praying for all of you 🙏❤️ I was proud to call him a friend. 😍

I have lots of memories from Grady going to school with you and knowing you.  Rest in Peach my old friend.

Leonard was my first Captain. I remember his first words being we don’t take crap from anyone and he meant every word. He was a firm and fair leader who believed in you working and having fun. He loved for us to come by the office and chat.  My deepest and most sincere condolences to the Hogg family.

Mrs. Margaret and family, we are so sorry to hear about Leonard. He touch the lives of many and left his foot prints for others to follow. I loved listening to him and Kerry talk and the stories.
He will be missed and you are in our prayers.

I cherish the memories of going to work at Arkansas State Police ..79B recruit class, the same day as Leonard and sitting next to each other. I am so saddened by the loss of a Brother in Blue.   I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Leonard he was such a wonderful person.  I met Leonard when he was capt at Pine Bluff and I always enjoyed visiting with him.  He thought since I was his telephone lady I could fix anything, he knows he was wrong.  When He talked about his family he would get the biggest grin on his face.  I was lucky enough to call him my friend.  I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Sheriff Hogg was an amazing sheriff for Lincoln County Arkansas. I got to meet him while he was in Monticello Arkansas one day. He will be greatly missed 

I first met Lenard when he reported to Arkansas State University to play football the fall of 1973. I was also a new freshman player at ASU.  I can remember that big smile on that the big body.  We competed against each other daily on the field, he was a great competitor. The best times were after practice or in the dorm hanging out.  We bonded quickly since my dad was in law enforcement  also just like Lenard’s.  It was a sad day when he decided to leave and move back home.  The goods news several years later we got to work together as State Troopers,I will miss that awesome smile 😀. RIp  my friend! 

My Prayers and Prayers of my family, are with the family. Leonard  was a dear friend and a wonderful  man, to all. He will be greatly missed . The Paula Perry, family.
