Rolanda Jeffcoat Bell, 72, of Bismarck, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021.
She was born November 27, 1948 in Lockney, Texas to the late Cleatus Harold & Maxine Pennylo (Fulfer) Jeffcoat. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend as well as a talented artist and lover of animals.
Rolanda was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Bell, Jr.; a son Stephen Bell; and brother Rick Jeffcoat.
Survivors include her son Christopher Bell & his wife Alicia and her sister-in-law Janet Jeffcoat.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
