Amy Lee Harris Bartley, age 84, a native and a  resident of Morgan City, La died Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 12:23 AM at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, La.Family viewing Friday, May 2, 2014 from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM.  Visitation will be Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Ephesian Baptist Church, 523 Bowman St., Morgan City, La.,  from 8:00 AM until funeral service at 10:00 AM.  Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery. Officiating, Rev. Ezekiel Simmons.Amy leaves to cherish her memories; two daughters, Carol Ross of Morgan City, La., and Mrs. Eugene (Debra) Joseph of Breaux Bridge, La; two sons, Carl (Timika) Ross of Houma, La., and Primos Ross of New Orleans, La., three sister, Gertrude Jordan of Patterson, La., Mrs. John (Saundra) Harris of Clarksville, MD., and Lynda Diego of California; four step-sons, Caleb Bartley, Jr., of Memphis, TN.,  Gary Bartley of Franklin, La.,  Craig Bartley and Mark Bartley  both of Atlanta, GA; a daughter-in-law, Diane (Larry) Nico; a brother-in-law, Leroy Manners, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.Preceded in death by her husband, Caleb Bartley;  her parents, James and Cecile Harris, Sr.,  a brother,  James Harris, Jr.; five sisters, Velma Sims, Marion Johnson, Cynthia Manners, Anna Mae Livas, and Tommie Harris;  three brothers-in-law, Timothy Jordan, Sr., Roland Sims, Alvin Johnson and Pedro Diego.
