Beverly "Nanny" Louise Morris

Visitation will be observed on Saturday September 3, 2016 at the Spirit of Liberty Church 1015 Willow Street Franklin, LA from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place in the Louisiana National Cemetery in Zachary, LA at a later date The Reverend Arnold Ray Joseph will officiate the services. 

Memories of "Nanny" or "Auntie" will forever remain in the hearts of her four nieces she raised as daughters, Jennifer Proctor-Smith of Los Angeles, CA, Paula A. E.fine of Orange, TX, Diane Broussard of Franklin,L A and Michelle Proctor of Oceanside, CA; two nephews she raised as sons, Diamond Joseph Edwards and Michael Proctor both of Houston, TX; six grandchildren, James Fine, Jr., Tiffany Fine, Demetrial Fine-Williams and her husband Brock, Maranda Fine, Cherrise Fine and Natasha Smith and her husband Rodney and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives and friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Morris; her parents; Raphael Edwards and Ruth Pierce Edwards; a sister, Ruth Edwards; three nephews, Beverly D. Proctor, John J. Edwards and Raphael Edwards and two nieces, Ruth K. Proctor and Rosland Edwards.
