Claudette Marie Jackson, 49, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 5:20 a.m. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Old Fountain Missionary Baptist Church, 615 Hwy 308, Thibodaux, LA. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by: her daughter, Lenita LaShanne Marie Jackson; mother, Dorothy Andrews-Jackson; sisters, Patricia Peltier and Monica Young; brothers, Aaron, Alvin, Eric, Charles and John Jackson; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her father, Aaron Jackson; brother, Michael Jackson; and her godson, Ralphfon Triggs. Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
