Danny "Bum B" Blair Lockette

A rosary will be recited on Saturday, June 24th at 10:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church 7809 Weeks Island Road Lydia, LA 70569, following a  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM with Father Gregory Chauvin serving as the Celebrant. Burial will follow mass services in the St. Nicholas Catholic Church Cemetery.

Memories of Danny or "Bum B", as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his five sisters, Pamela Lockette, Edna (Felton) Mallery, and Shelia (Earl) Williams all of New Iberia, LA, Shirley (Warren) Archield of Patoutville, LA and Lisa (Felix) Enadeghe of Houston, TX; five brothers, John C. Lockette and Donald P. Lockette both of New Iberia, LA, Neil J. (Ruby Taylor) Lockette of Lafayette, LA, Rodney J. Lockette of Lydia, LA and Tony S. (Christine) Lockette of Youngsville, LA, twenty-nine nieces and nephews, four great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.  

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Lockette, Sr. and Odelia Hamilton Lockette; two brothers, Louis Lockette, Jr and Joseph J. Lockette; one sister, Katherine Carter and a nephew, Wardell Lockette and a niece, Kajalyn Mallery and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
