Visitation will begin Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Mount Zion Baptist Church 307 Second Street in Franklin, LA., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the St. Jules Catholic Cemetery in Franklin, LA. Minister Noah Smith will officiate the services.
Cherished and divine memories of Edith will forever be remembered by her three beloved and loving children; Essie Henry-Delasbour, Charles Henry (Martha) and Horace Henry, Jr. all of Franklin, LA; a daughter-in-law, Louise Henry of Baldwin, LA; fifteen grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Edith was preceded in death by both of her parents, Joseph and Daisy Blanks-Williams; her husband, Horace Henry, Sr.; one son, Joseph Henry and two daughters, Daisy Henry and Kathleen Henry.
