Emma Dell Foster

Family, friends, and parishioners of Triumph Baptist Church are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Triumph Baptist Church 1005 Iberia Street Franklin, LA from 9:00 AM to celebration of life at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery.

Emma leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Charlesette (Kenneth) Foster-Arceneaux, her sons, Rodney (Chantel) Foster and Wayne Foster, one sister, Phillipeane Skyler, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, along with relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Wiley and Alice Lee; her husband, Charles Foster, Sr., her daughter, Judy Price Banks and a son, Charles Foster III; sisters, Helen Wiley, Rosetta Wiley, Ella-Mae Wiley Hawkins; brothers, Ray Wiley, Sr., Gus Wiley, Robert Wiley, Jr., Walter Wiley, Jessie Wiley, Jimmie Wiley, and Oscar Wiley.
