Jacqueline Marie Matthews, 22, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 11:17 a.m. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. at Dularge Community Baptist Church on Friday, November 8, 2013. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery. She is survived by: her father, John Matthews, Sr.; her companion, Jacoby Mahoney; two daughters, Jayln Russell and Jy'lyn Matthews; nine brothers, Corey, Donald, and Darion Douglas; John, Jr., Desmond and Jesmond Matthews, Jerome and John Scott, and Ogama McGuire; and five sisters, Albertina Stafford, Setrina Douglas, Kimberly Willoughby, Jayne' and Shawnnetta Matthews. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Debbie Mcpherson; one sister, Andrea Mcpherson; maternal grandparents, Benjamin and Albertina Stafford; paternal grandparents, Thelma and Louis Matthews; a nephew, Brandell Douglas; two nieces, Keri Aubert and Ja'eshea Matthews; and one uncle, Warren Stafford.
