Joseph Washington

Visitation will be observed on Friday August 31, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. until funeral services at 11:00 A.M. at the Railroad Avenue Church of Christ 1105 Railroad Avenue Morgan City, LA, with Brother Michael Ledet, officiating the services. 

Memories of Joseph will forever remain in the hearts of his two daughters, Shanita Watts (Sir Charles) Evans of Berwick, LA and Kimberly Watts of Baton Rouge, LA; three nephews, he helped to raise as his own, Jordan Grogan, Easton Perro, and Brandon Washington; two brothers John Washington and David Washington, Jr. both of Morgan City, LA; five sisters, Brenda Michael) Ledet, Joyce Washington, Linda (Thomas Sr.) Riley and Celestine Washington all of Morgan City, LA and Dianne (Joseph Sr.) Hill of Amelia, LA; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, David Washington, Sr. and Irma Robertson Washington and a brother, Charles Washington.
