Leonore "Leona" Singleton

A public viewing will be conducted from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM on Thursday November 5, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12 Noon. Services will be accessible by viewing the Jones Funeral Home, Inc. Facebook Page at 12 Noon on Thursday November 5, 2020. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery. 

Memories of "Leona," as she was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of her three brothers, Irvin Singleton and Larry (Claudette) Singleton both of Morgan City, LA and Henry (Abby) Singleton of Gibson, LA; five sisters, Edna Woods, Audrey Singleton Howard, Marie Singleton and Barbara "Pat" Singleton-Turner all Morgan City and Rosa Sledge of Baton Rouge, LA and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Leona was preceded in death by: her parents, Joseph and Mildred C. Singleton and four brothers, Leroy Singleton, Raymond Singleton, Milton Singleton, Sr. and Harold Singleton.
