Lillian Mae Lewis

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the New Salem Baptist Church 1412 Cherry St, Patterson, LA 70392  from 10:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow services in the Shield Cemetery in Patterson, LA.

Memories of Lillian Mae will forever be cherished in the heart of her son, Nigal Span of Patterson, LA;  a godson, Dana Cross of Patterson, La; nine sisters, Letha Dauthine, Earnestine Lumpkin, Shelia Fine and Patricia Redaux  all of Franklin, La., Jacqueline Lockett of Lafayette, La., Cora Span, Linda Stackhouse, Lucille Johnson, and Barbara Perry all  of Patterson, La; three brothers, Paul Fine of Baldwin, La.,Clarence Fine of Beaumont, TX and Howard Fine of Franklin, La; children she helped to rear Herman Span, Milton Span, Montreal Span, Aline B. Long; an aunt, Allie Fullwood of Patterson, La., an uncle, Donald Augustus of Patterson, La.,  and a host of nieces,  nephews, relatives and friends.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Lewis and Dorothy A. Levy, stepfather, Junius Levy; her biological father, Clarence Fine, Sr.; and her siblings, James Fine, Sr., Rosemary Smith, Larry Smith, Sr., Lillian Marie Freeman and Anna Richardson.
