

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at New Salem Baptist Church in Patterson, LA. from 12:00 PM until funeral service at 2:00 PM. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). Burial will follow funeral services in the New Salem Cemetery - Willing Workers side in Patterson, LA. Reverend Samuel Calhoun will serve as the Officiant.
Memories of Linda will forever remain in the hearts of her sons, Bennie Ford (Kimmey) Blackburn of Shawnee, OK, Dwayne Anthony Blackburn and Wade Joseph Blackburn both of Patterson, LA; daughters, Shirthine (Cornelius) Gant, Jr. and Tina (Alvin) Robinson both Patterson, LA; others she helped to raise, Lionel Stackhouse, Jr., Gregory (Tasha) Hunt, Orielle Butler all of Patterson, LA and Tonya Hunt of Lafayette, LA; brothers, Stanley Williams, Anthony Williams, Bobby (Eva Mae) Williams, Christopher (Liz) Williams and Greg Williams all of Verdunville, LA and Larry Kemp of Springfield, OH; sisters, Barbara (Leo) Cormier and Lucille (Eugene) Johnson both of Patterson, LA, Catherine (Rudolph Short) Colbert of Franklin, LA, Mary Ann Williams of Mobile, AL, Joyce Marie (Murphry) Bellard of Eunice, LA, and Connie Williams of Verdunville, LA; a second mother, Roxie Williams; thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel Stackhouse, Sr.; a daughter, Barbara Pollard; grandson, Wade Joseph Blackburn, Jr.; her parents, Marlene Perry Williams and Geroge Williams, III and a bonus mom, who reared her, Allie Fullwood.
