Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9 at Beulah Baptist Church, 5544 N. Bayou Black Drive in Gibson, LA 70356. Burial will follow in Crescent Farm Cemetery with full military honors.
She is survived by her daughter, Jalayah Lynne Beasley; her mother, Vanessa Beasley (Vincent Celestin); brothers, Dion Stokes, Sr. (Tiffany) and Larry Hayes, Jr. (Ann); maternal grandmother, Mildred Stokes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Beasley; maternal grandfather, Robert Stokes; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Olivia Beasley.
