Uncle Norman, you will truly be missed but forever always live in our hearts.. right now if you can see me, I can truly hear you say “gurl what have you done to your hair” and then give me that look that reminds me of grandma tut.. It breaks hearts when death separates us from those whom we love and/or are our friends.  The Bible reminds us that God sees our pain and sorrow and has promised that soon, "death will be no more." - (Revelation 21:4) God will heal our broken hearts by resurrecting your precious loved ones to life again. -(John 6:40) I hope the beautiful memories of your dead love one and these promises from God comforts you in the days to ahead. Please accept my sympathy for the loss of your dearly beloved one.

The Bible indicates that in the near future, "God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry be anymore." (Revelation 21:4). Jehovah God also promises that he will resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death (John 5:28,29) and that they will have an opportunity to enjoy life eternally. Continue to hope in these things, since God cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

I am so very sorry for your loss.  Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible.  (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29)  Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again be subject to misery, sickness, or death.  (Revelation 21:4)  I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
