Oliver Eugene Williams

Visitation will be observed on Saturday February 4, 2017 at the Mason United Methodist Church 601 Oregon Street Berwick, LA, from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery in Morgan City, LA. Reverend Harold Spain will officiate the services.

Memories of Oliver will forever remain in the hearts of his son, Briant E. Williams and his wife, Latosha of Baton Rouge, LA; a daughter, Lisa M. Williams-Smith and her husband, Aharanwa of Memphis, TN; his stepmother, Sarah Johnson of Morgan City; three brothers, James Cox Sr. of Ocean Springs, MS, Aldwin Cox of Morgan City, LA and Robert Williams and his wife Linda of Patterson, LA; two sisters, Johnnie B. Crandle and her husband, Lawrence of Morgan City, LA and Linda Hamilton and her husband Willie of Metaire, LA; four grandchildren, Da'nielle Smith, Donte' Smith, Shatara O'Connor and Briant Williams, Jr. and one great grandchild, Baby O'Connor; one uncle, Charles Pleasant of New Orleans LA; two great aunts, Naomi McKay of Gibson, LA and Octavia McKay of Chauvin, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Oliver was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Williams, Jr and Racheal Johnson-Cox;  two brothers, Jerry Williams, III and Jeffery Williams and a sister, Mary Johnson
