A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Blackledge Van Doorne; sons, Lowie and Olivier Van Doorne (Lien); brother, Joris Delissen-Jacobs (Trees); sisters, Katrien Soete-Jacobs (Erik), Karlijne Dominique and Jessica Van der Plas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andre' Van Doorne and Julia Jacobs.
He was a retired Sergeant with the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office.
