A public viewing will be conducted from 12:00 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 922 Goode Street in Houma, LA with burial to follow in Deweyville Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, JoAnn, Cheryl and Robert Taylor; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brother, Hervery Taylor (Sandra); sisters, Fern Lee, Janet Granger and Martha Turner; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Patsy Taylor; parents, Johnny, Sr. and Darcus Beloney Taylor; brother, Johnny Taylor, Jr.; sisters, Vivian T. Stewart, Pearl T. Jones, Genevieve T. Smith, Earline and Bertha Taylor.
