She is survived by her sons, Terrance, Quinton and Craig Conrad; daughter, Angela Conrad; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; father, Tommy Conrad; brothers, Lester Daniels, Earl and Leonard Johnson, Troy Coleman, Dennis Davis, Philip, Kevin and Stanley McCullough; sisters, Priscilla Conrad, Sabryna Wilkins, Dedrea Johnson and Darlene Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Shaneka Mart and Simmone Conrad; mother, Daisy Mae Sledge Johnson (Earl); brother, Terry McCullough; sister, Sheryl Johnson; nephews, Kashawn Conrad and Gerald Johnson.
