Rev. Timothy Boyd, Jr., age 70, a resident of Franklin, La., and a native of Baldwin, La., died Monday, August 20, 2012 at 1:28 PM at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Visitation will be Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Greater St. Stephen Baptist Church from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum. Rev. Boyd leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Annie Kennon Boyd of Franklin, La; one son, Timothy Ra-Courtney Boyd of Hammond, La; three sisters, Elsie Tidwell of Texas City TX, Mrs. Margie (Darriel)Wagner of Oaklawn, Calif and Mrs. Elaine (Attorney Glen) Lazard of Lafayette, La; and a host of relatives and friends.
