Ruthie Press, age 70, a native of Franklin, La., and a resident of New Iberia, La., died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Belle Teche Nursing Home in New Iberia, La., at 3:30 PM. Visitation will be Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Jones Funeral Home in Franklin, La., from 10:00 AM until funeral service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be Charity Cemetery in Franklin, La. Ruthie leaves to cherish her memories; her husband, Donnie Press, Jr. of Franklin, La; one daughter, Yolanda Wiggins of Franklin, La; one grandchild, D'Yani Wiggins, a sister, Tracy Wiggins Verdun of Houma, La., and a host of relatives and friends. Ruthie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ruth Lovely Wiggins, and two sisters.
