Sarah Mae Ingram-Jones, 74, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Schriever, died Saturday, July 12 at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at New Magnolia Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Halfway cemetery. She is survived by: three sons, Jerome (Nakole Short) Ingram, Donald Ingram, and Eddie Jones, Jr.; four daughters, Gail (Joinel) Flakes, Sandry (Isaac, Sr.) Castle, Kendra (Verner) Wiggins and Valinsia Jones; three brothers, Sullivan Ingram, Jr., Benjamin, Sr. (Elnora) Ingram, Sylvester, Sr. (Shula) Ingram; three sisters, Laura (James, Jr.) Brown, Gertrude Jackson, and Urcel (Calvin, Sr.) Bennett; nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Eddie Jones, Sr.; parents, Sullivan, Sr. and Urcel Reed-Ingram; one grandson, Damon Jaron Eddie Jones; one sister, Genevieve Ingram; maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Sarah Reed; and paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Laura Ingram.
