Shona Tennelle Bill

Visitation will be observed on Saturday March 2, 2019 at the New Zorah Baptist Church 604 Julia Street Morgan City, LA, from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM.  The Reverend Terry L. Joseph, Sr. will officiate the services. Burial will follow  funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery in Morgan City. 

Memories of Shona will forever remain in the hearts of her three daughters, Amber Bill of Baton Rouge, LA, Areon (Cedric Jenkins) Howard and Alasha Bill both of Houston, TX; her mother, Thelma Bill of Morgan City, LA; her siblings, Linda (Melvin) Brown of Morgan City, LA, Joseph (Kathy) Hawkins of  Lorain, OH, Diana (Gillis) Wilson of Patterson, LA, David Hawkins of Morgan City, LA, Sam "Debra Garrison" Hawkins of Houston, TX, Michael Hawkins and Stephanie Daniels both of Patterson, LA, Felton Hawkins of Morgan City, LA, Reginald (Marquita) Bill and Jovicia (James) Alexander both of Morgan City, LA, Ronald (Erica) Bill of Thibodaux, LA, Lebelle Williams of Morgan City, and Shena (Tony) Bill Decuir of Patterson, LA and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Shona was preceded in death by her father, Felton Bill, three brothers, Kevin Hawkins, Keith Hawkins, and Elliot Bill; a sister, Gwendolyn Hawkins; a nephew, Gilbert Wilson and her paternal grandparents, George and Mathilda Bill and her maternal grandparents, William Lacy and Elnora Diggs.
