Tequila Allen

Visitation will be observed on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA, from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM.  (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). Burial will follow services in the Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Jeanerette, LA. Services will be accessible by viewing the Jones Funeral Home, Inc. Facebook Page at 11:00 AM on Wednesday October 21, 2020.

Memories of Tequila will forever remain in the hearts of her children, Chafondre Allen, Devondre Allen, Radsheed Allen, Sr., Tiequin Allen, Sr., Jiequin Allen, Ernaeja Allen, Fredneesha Riles, Fred'Dasha Riles, Dedrick Griffin all of New Iberia, LA and Lashantea Dasin of Port Arthur, TX; her siblings, Shawn (Brandi) Allen of Atlanta, GA, Johnny Sam, Jr. of Glenco, LA, Cedric Allen of Jeanerette, Elliott (Anreka) Allen of Youngville, LA, Cleo Gibson of AR, and Latoya Johnson of New Iberia, LA; eight grandchildren, Khaza Allen, Khmarei Landry, Radsheed Allen, Jr.. Ra'Leigha Allen, Tiequin Allen, Jr., Ke'Moni Sophus, Har'Monie Allen and David Patin, III; ten aunts, Lillie Allen, Annette Lockett, Louise Allen, Laura Lavine, Joyce Ann Brooks, Audrey Smothers, Beverly Lumpkin, Alice Thomas, Lovenia Washington and Mary Lee Roy; two uncles, Arthur Lee Allen and Harry Allen; a special friend, Lasheay Larry; a special cousin, Kevin Phillips, Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Tequila was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Sam, Sr. and Joyce Mae Allen and both her maternal and paternal grandparents. 

Active Pallbearers will be Chafondre Allen, Devondre Allen, Radsheed Allen, Sr., Tiequin Allen, Sr., Jiequin Allen, Elliott Allen, Kevin Phillips, and Jerwin Phillips.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Shakur Butts, Garrett Butts, Gary Wilson, Tra'Vontre Butts, I'Kari Nicholas, David Patin, Jr., Kenny Harrison and Cedric Allen.
