Veronica Madison Felton, age 71, a resident of Franklin, La., died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 11:15 AM at her residence in Franklin.Visitation will be Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the House of Prayer Christian Fellowship of Franklin from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Franklin (Main Street) Cemetery of Franklin. Veronica leaves to cherish her memories: one son, James ""Lil John"" Felton of Franklin, La.; two daughters, Paula (Lionel) Jones, Jr. of Baldwin, La. and Hope (Nathan) Craft of Franklin, La.; two brothers, Henry ""Sugar Babe"" (Delores) Madison, III and Diamond ""Butch"" Madison both of Franklin, La.; four sisters, Billie Mae (Leroy) Phillips, Lillie Mae ""Nochie"" (James) Kelly, Fannie Nettles, all of Franklin, La. and Paula Fine of Beaumont, Tx.; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a host nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Madison was preceded in death by her husband, John Felton; one daughter, Andriel Felton; her parents, Henry Madison, Sr. and Lillie Mae Tucker-Maidson and one brother, Richard Madison.
