Warren Harris, Sr., age 65, a resident of Patterson, La., and a native of Franklin, La., died Monday, December 12, 2011 at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City at 5:50 AM. Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2011 at New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City, from 10:00 AM until funeral at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in the Willing Workers Cemetery. Warren leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Orelia Williams Harris of Patterson, La; two sons, Warren Harris, Jr. of Morgan City and Michael Harris of Lake Charles, La., one stepson, Herman Lacarte of Morgan City; three daughters, Lakisha Harris of Morgan City, Carla Laster (Robert)of Indianapolis, IN and Shaquita Harris of Morgan City; two stepdaughters, Georgia Jones of Morgan City and Sandra Jones (Rondell) of Marksville, La; two brothers, Lawrence Harris of Morgan City and Alfred Harris of New Iberia, La; one sister, Joyce Matthews of Morgan City; and a host of relatives and friends.
