A "Time of Remembrance" memorial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 23 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Houma located at 6775 West Park Avenue.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Wolfe Martin; daughters, Jerzelle Martin Thomas (Nicholas), Michelle Lee, and Kayla V. Smith (Wil); seven grandchildren, Nyla, Nicholas, Jr., Aaliyah, Henry, Jr., Destiny, Wil, Jr. and Honor; brother, Micheal Martin; sisters, Ollie Patterson (Noble), Rosa Scott, Pansy White, and Ethel Mae Greene; aunts, Gloria Mitchell and Bertha Brown; and sister-in-law, Louise Martin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur, Sr. and Ethel Coleman Martin; brothers, Arthur, Jr. and Joseph Martin, Sr.
