Wilda “Tut” Mae Brown Jackson Henry

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, April 27, 2018 at the St. Luke Baptist Church, 1709 Harry St., Patterson, LA., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM, with Reverend Keith Verrett, Officiating. Burial will follow funeral services in the Patterson Memorial Park in Patterson, LA.

Memories of Wilda will forever remain in the hearts of her son, Joseph (Tina) Jackson of Patterson, LA; her daughters. Bernadine Garrett and Dorothy Henry both of Patterson, LA and Lisa Knight of Berwick, LA; an adopted son, Henry Johnson of Bayou L'ourse, LA; her sisters, Lou Obey of Alexandria, LA, Annie Mae Rideaux of Beaumont, TX, Thelma West of Houston, TX and Rutha Hamilton of Atlanta, GA; her brother, Merrick (Lillie) Brown of Beaumont, TX; two devoted nieces, Patricia Henry and Evelyn Williams, six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; four step-children, Bobby Jackson, Billy Jackson, Irma Jackson, and Carolyn Jackson all of Beaumont, TX; six step-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, god-children and other relatives and friends.'

Wilda was preceded in death by her husbands, J. C. Carlton Jackson and Cleveland B. Henry; a son, Cleveland N. Henry; her parents, Jimmy Brown, Sr. and Wilda Mae Goodwin Brown; her sibling, Ernest Brown, Sr. Narcisse Brown, Albert Brown, Jimmy Brown, Jr., Isaiah Brown, Esau Brown, Louis Brown, Linda Lawrence, Velma Henry, Dorothy Green.
