Alvis Franklin Bolton passed into God’s loving care on September 4, 2014 after several strokes. Family and friends will gather at Pat H. Foley & Co. Funeral Directors, 1200 W 34th Street, Houston, Texas 77018 from 11:00 to 1:00 on Sunday September 7, 2014.
Al “Butch” was born in Jacksonville Texas on November 12, 1949 to Alvis Bolton Sr. and Alice Barrett Bolton. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in 1973. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Diana Bolton, sisters Anne Adams, Anita Rice and husband Terry, sister in law Peggy Garner, brother in law Stephen Orsak and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Al Sr. and Alice Bolton.
