Alyce I. Andry

Alyce Irene Morris Andry born in New Boston, Texas on October 8, 1920 to T. B. & Nora Morris entered into rest on Thursday, January 12th, 2012. She enjoyed life with flamboyant style and a dignified grace. Fun loving and vibrant, she took pleasure in entertaining friends and family. Alyce is preceded in death by her husband, Jules P. Andry, and her son, Paul Morris Andry. Alyce is survived by her daughters Adrienne Taylor and her husband Bob Taylor, and Camille Prat and her husband George Prat; grandchildren Julie and Greg Thompson, Ashley and Jeremy Gathright, Amy Clark and her fiance’ Jason Sample, and Sara Clark and her fiance’ Dan Prendergast; great grandchildren Allyson Thompson, Brandon Gathright and Alexandra Thompson. Alyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and will be dearly missed.

Alyce’s family would like to thank the staff at Cambridge Nursing Home and Compassionate Care Hospice for their kindness and compassion throughout her illness.

Visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. followed by Funeral services at 12:30 p.m. on Monday January 16, 2012 in the Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079.
