She was born on June 26, 1938 to Carl and Alvena Hartfiel in Lexington, Texas. She graduated Lexington High School in 1956. She had fallen in love with Elvin Stall and the two were married on July 22, 1956 at St. James Lutheran Church in Lexington, Texas. They then moved to Houston, Texas where they made their home. Together they were blessed by God with three children and were married for 57 years. Angeline was raised in a Christian home. She was baptized as a baby and confirmed as a youth in the Lutheran Church. She loved her church family and professed her faith continuously, even at death’s door. Angeline was a courageous warrior and fought hard to live life to be with those she loved here on earth. Angie, as most knew her, was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. Her and Elvin enjoyed sharing time together at church, socializing with friends and family, road trips, bowling, and relaxing at their home in the country. Angie also enjoyed sewing and was a wonderful cook and baker. She always made meals from scratch and favorites for everyone’s Birthdays. Early in their marriage and again later when the children were older, she worked outside the home but mostly was pleased being a homemaker where caring for her family made her happiest. Angie was an animal lover too especially to kitties. She had many cats over her lifetime that entertained her and gave her companionship. Angie had a great group of “lady friends” that kept her busy and active especially after Elvin’s passing including more bowling and Friday dinners out. She also enjoyed spending time with her brother “Bud” at her country house near his where they traded old stories and took turns cooking for each other.
