Angelita Salas "Angie" Orona of Houston, Texas passed into eternal rest with our Lord and Savior on January 21, 2021. She was born on September 7, 1943 to Jesus and Victoria Salas in Robstown, Texas. She and her husband Gregorio Alberto "Beto" Orona moved to Houston in 1968. She loved gardening, listening to Tejano music, watching her favorite football team - the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with her loving family. Angie was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother; she made everyone she came in contact with feel special. Her most prized possessions were her relationships with her two daughters and her four grandchildren. Each were very special in their own way. She dearly loved her two son-in-law's and was always so thankful for all the help they would do selflessly.

Left behind to cherish her memory, husband of 55 years, Beto Orona, daughters: Ruby Melchor and husband David, Brenda Vasquez and husband Gilbert Jr. and four grandchildren: David Gregory Melchor, Annalise Victoria Melchor, Gilbert Vasquez III and Brianna Olivia Vasquez.
