AKA Connie Rae Stark known by many as Ms Ann, was born on July 15 1951 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Wilbur Raymond Stark and Blanche Alice Hussing, died on August 15, 2025 in Kingwood Texas after a long battle of health illnesses.
Ms Ann was happily married for many years to Wilburn Alcorn Jr who was known by many as Mr Will they had a recycling business in Houston, until his death in 2016.
Ms Ann and Mr Will were known by many as the mom and dad of the neighborhood to many of the kids in the neighborhood. Ms Ann battled many health issues throughout the years she was a strong woman and a real fighter, she will be missed by many.
