Later she got remarried. Annette and William “Billy” Butler were married for 15 years.

Bailey and her brother, Kevin Dean Bell.
Everyone who had the honor to know her knew she had a zest for life. She was selfless and would not hesitate to help anyone who needed her. She took care of everyone and thought of herself last. She opened her door and home to anyone who needed a place to stay without question. Throughout her life, she also had a heart for animals from cats and dogs to her chickens and guineas. There was not a moment where you would not find her around a bonfire with music playing in the background; with her family and friends there to enjoy a good conversation and creating memories. She was never the type of person who wanted to be in the spotlight but made sure everyone else shined. One of her proudest moments was watching her grandson, Michael walk across the stage and receive his high school diploma. Annette B. Biscamp may be gone but will never be forgotten; her flame will forever burn in our hearts.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 5-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the Family Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
