Anthony Gomez

Anthony Gomez, 65, entered eternal rest on April 13, 2019. He was born May 23, 1953 in San Antonio, TX. Anthony graduated and received his diploma from Jefferson Davis High School. On June 19, 1977, he married the love of his life, Elizabeth Conteras. Anthony worked in the Aviation Industry for United Airlines and a member of the Employee Counsel. He had a passion for Houston professional sports, his family, and his career.

Left to cherish his memory, wife of 43 years: Elizabeth; children: Mark & wife Carolina, John & wife Candy, Christopher; siblings: Kathryn, Patsy & husband Junior, Gary, Linda, Greg, Manuel & wife Robin; grandchildren: Damion, Mariah, Angelina, John, Jr., and Isaiah; great grandchildren: Zaida; parents: Francisco & Maria Gomez.

Visitation for family and friends will begin on Tuesday, April 16th from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary service beginning at 7:30pm at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Fwy. Houston, TX 77039. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran St. Houston, TX 77009 at 11am. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
