Arlington was born in Guyana, South America on August 15th, 1943, the eldest son of the late Charles Vincent and Dorothy Lampkin, and was preceded in death by his sister Vera Lampkin.
He is survived by his sisters Shirley and Lucille, brother Charles, nieces Carmela and Nicole, nephew Evan, and grandnephew Kirby.
He migrated to the United States of America after graduating from High School. Arlington was a gentle soul who lived a very quiet life. One of his passions was taking long walks, observing nature and the environment.
His favorite pastime was travel, listening to and collecting music from various genres. He loved reading and biking as well. His infectious smile and generosity was appreciated by all who knew of him.
