Audrey Ann Mooney

A beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Married for 57 years to the love of her life, Robert Mooney, a 20 year Army and Vietnam Veteran who she traveled the world with from Hawaii to Germany, and everywhere in between. Ann loved spending time with her family, and after settling in Texas in her later years with her children, she never hesitated to pick up the phone and catch up with her beloved family in Arkansas. Ann loved butterflies, roses and being crafty. Above all, Ann valued her relationship with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and her faith never wavered.

She took her last earthly breath on September 20th, 2025 and is now with her Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ. She has been reunited with loved ones that preceded her in death; Her mother, Zepha Kee, her father, Luther Jones, her sister Ginger Jones, and her brother Steven Jones. She is survived by her husband, Robert Mooney, her daughters, Deandrea Watson (Paul) and Angela Barfield (Michael), her sister, Lana Turner (Jimmy), her brothers, Andrew and Timothy Jones (Lisa), her grandchildren, Garrett Barfield, Wesley Gay (Hollie), Ethan Watson (Kendall), Alli Sobotik (Jason), Erin Watson, Sara Walston (Jeb), and her great grandchildren, Noah Watson, Cooper Watson and Adilee Walston. She also leaves behind her beloved Chihuahua, Mia, who she loved so much.

To know Ann was to love her, and as we reflect on her abundant 74 years of life, we do not dwell on her latest year in sickness, but we rejoice in her many years of health, love, laughter and life.
