Barbara Ellen Minkel, 81, of Richmond, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
Barbara was born August 10, 1939 in Buffalo, New York to Gavin and Dollie (Patterson) McCall.
A memorial gathering for Barbara will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
