Betty was born in Houston, Texas, on April 18th, 1954. She was preceded in death by her parents J.J. “Jack” Killingsworth and Ella Ruth KIllingsworth.
Betty was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church for many years and many members of the church became her extended family and she spent her last years being lovingly cared for by Team Abilities.
Betty is survived by her brother Jeffrey Hugh Killingsworth, numerous cousins, their children and friends all of whom she loved dearly.
Her family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas, 77039.
A Celebration of Betty’s Life will begin at 2:00 pm and burial will follow at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery.
