She is survived by her three children, Ms. Jacqueline Newton, Mr. Harold Shipley, and Mrs. Tina Medlin; her granddaughter, Mrs. Jennifer Reeves; and great-grandchildren, Mr. Blair Reeves and Miss Stella Reeves.
The family wishes to thank the many caregivers who cared for Mrs. Rawlings over the years, the Comfy Home in Richmond, Texas, and the Memorial Hermann Hospice.
A graveside service for Billie will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
