Billy Ray Bogs,70, born January 18, 1943 in Conroe, Texas to Nellie and Amos Bogs entered into eternal rest March 19, 2013. Bill enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends and he brought a lot of joy and laughter to everyone around him. Bill is preceded in death by his beautiful wife Mary Bogs; his parents; sister, Alma Bogs, brothers Alton and James Bogs; grandson, Billy Wayne Jordan Jr. Bill is survived by his step-son Billy Wayne Jordan & wife Linda and son Alton Ray Bogs, Sr & wife Carol; brothers and sister-in-laws: David & Juany Bogs, Harold, Bogs, Sr., Brenda Bogs, Jean Bogs; sister, Joy Butt and husband Asmai; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws Ruby Lee Alexander, Lola Faye Smith and husband Marshall, brother-in-law Billy Kimbrough and wife Charlene; and brother-in-law Marvin Moore; grandchildren: AJ, Chris and Ryan Bogs, Danna Yelverton and Tiffany Jordan; 2 great grand-daughters and 2 great grandsons; along with numerous nieces, nephews and lots of other family and dear friends. Visitation will be Friday, March 22nd from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, March 23rd. Both services will be held at Brookside Grand Chapel. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
