Bonibell Paape

Bonnie, the daughter of Herbert Bergmann and Stella Giese Bergmann, was born and raised in Round Top, Texas. After moving to Houston, Bonnie remained very proud of her Round Top roots and maintained her connections with the land and the community.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her son, Carl Paape; her sister, Doris Curtis; and her brother, Herbert Bergmann, Jr. She is survived by daughters, Barbara Paape, Cathy Bogan and her husband, David; grandchildren, Chris Bogan and his wife, Sara, Matthew Bogan and his wife, Cari, Michelle Bogan and her fiancé, Scott Whetstone, Katherine Paape, and Kenneth Hernandez; and great-grandchildren, Ellie and Jillian Bogan and Carl Darling-Hernandez.

The graveside and interment service is to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 24th of March, at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery in Houston.

In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests that memorial contributions in Bonnie's name are directed to The Lighthouse of Houston, 3602 West Dallas, Houston, TX, 77019.
