Brandon English, born Dec 2, 1987, passed away June 2, 2015. He was a native Houstonian, 27 years of age. Today we would like to celebrate his life! Brandon was truly an amazing person and a very unique individual. He was extremely intelligent, quick witted, and really quite funny. Brandon had an unusual sense of humor that he used as often as possible. Some people believed him to be quite kind. However, he could be very difficult with the doctors and the nurses. But that’s okay; Brandon English lived his life on his own terms!
Brandon was really a very positive person and would defy all odds. In spite of the disease, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, he was determined to live a full life.
Brandon was quite a computer wizard. He had 4-5 computers in his room at all times, and he often worked on computers for other people, for a small fee of course.
He also inverted several different devices for the handicapped and wanted to patent these ideas.
In his mind, Brandon was not handicapped at all and believed that he could conquer anything!
Brandon loved movies and comedy, and all types of music. He loved all animals and owned various pets throughout his life, including a pot-bellied pig named “Pork Chop.”
Bandon English is survived by his mother, Donna English Mongiovi, his stepfather John Mongiovi, his brother Quentin Gipson, and his grandmother, Helen Baskin, and various other family members and friends.
Preceded him in death by grandfather, Julius Wayne Bramlett, grandfather, Walter Baskin, and Uncle Quentin Whatley and several other family members.
